| We were living in a 2 bedroom apartment in Austell when we first began our search for a home. We were first time home buyers so we did not know what to expect or what the process of finding a home was even like. Wayne & Heather worked with us and were very patient. I moved into an apartment in Smyrna, Georgia in early August, 2006. I had recently sold my house in New Jersey and was looking for a house here in Georgia. I saw a house that interested me and called the number of the realtor, Wayne Morris and Heather Kington of the WeCoverYourBack.com Team. Wayne showed me the house which wasn’t quite what I was looking for, but in his warm, friendly manner he encouraged me to lay out the criteria of what I was I was looking for in a home. He then volunteered to help me find what I was looking for. Wayne emailed scores of houses to me that met the criteria that we discussed. I then selected the houses that I wanted to see. Wayne then took me to see those houses. We spent several days riding around looking at houses. This was a real benefit to me because I new very little about Georgia. Each trip was an educational experience for me. Wayne answered all of my questions, not only about housing, but Georgia in general. Questions that he could not answer immediately, he would research and get back to me with the answers.
Wayne suggested a strategy for rating the houses. It was very helpful. I would get excited about almost every house I saw. Wayne would point out the low points, as well as the high points of each house. He would also remind me of the criteria that I set. This was important to me because I loved almost everything that I saw. Wayne managed to keep me focused in his patient, gentle and thoughtful way. I felt that Wayne had my best interests at heart. He sincerely did not want me to buy something that I would later regret. Once I decided on the house to buy, Wayne expertly negotiated with the seller’s representative. His agency was right there with referrals for the various contacts that I needed to move the process along. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I recommend Wayne and Heather to all prospective buyers.
